We have just come off the back of one of the worst winters for flooding in living memory. What would have happened had the Covid-19 pandemic started here three months ago? With the spread of Covid-19 accelerating, there is growing risk of a cascading hazard should there be a major natural hazard, as organisations are already stretched writes Dr Avi Baruch, chief operating officer at Previsico.
